Max Fitness Shipping Policies

Max Fitness uses a variety of carriers to ship orders. We can ship to APO addresses and P.O. boxes.

Shipping times are based on "working days." For example, a two day air package shipped on Thursday will arrive at its destination the following Monday.

Signature requirements are based on the discrepancy of the shipping carrier. Typically, no signature is required to receive our shipments. Please make arrangements to have someone present to receive your packages.

Please double-check the shipping address that you provide. If we ship to an incorrect address due to an entry error, we are not liable for the shipping charges.

International Orders

International customers must leave a phone number where they can be reached in case of problems with shipment.

International orders may incur other charges such as customs, duty fees, import taxes, or delivery fees. You are responsible for these fees. Shipping costs do not include a brokerage fee: you may be charged additional fees and taxes.


Max Fitness Returns & Refunds

Within 45 days for any reason you may return or exchange to us:

any product in new and resaleable condition with the original packaging; any unopened video tapes, CD-ROMs, computer software, or supplements. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Please note that some products may be charged a 10-30 % restocking fee in accordance with manufacturer's policies. Please follow these easy steps to make a return:

Carefully repackage your box to prevent shipping damages. please call us at 760-845-2894 for the return address.) Mail your package to us using a trackable shipper (e.g., UPS, DHL, or Insured U.S. Mail). If you have any questions, call us at 760-845-2894 and we will provide you with instructions for the return.

The cost of the product will be refunded once your package has been received back to us in good condition.

You may receive your products from different locations. Products should be returned to the location from which they were shipped. We can provide you with the appropriate address for returns.
